Tenor Robert Sellier was born in Munich in 1979 and studied at the Augsburg Musikhochschule. He has sung the roles of Emilio in Mozart’s Il sogno di Scipione at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt and the Salzburg Festival, Count Almaviva in Rossini’s Il barbiere di Siviglia at the Komische Oper Berlin and Belmonte in Mozart’s Die Entführung aus dem Serail at the Bielefeld Opera.

He has also performed at the Theater Augsburg, and from 2007 to 2012 was a member of the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz, Munich. In 2013 he appeared at the Göttingen International Handel Festival, and joined the Halle Opera.
