Internationally celebrated soprano Anna Samuil is a principal soloist at the Deutsche Staatsoper Berlin. She has appeared at major festivals and opera houses including the Metropolitan Opera, La Scala, Milan, the Salzburg Festival, Bavarian State Opera, the Royal Opera House, London, Arena di Verona, Hamburgische Staatsoper, Pittsburgh Opera, Opéra National de Lyon, Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, Glyndebourne Festival Opera, Baltimore Opera, Festival d’Aix-en-Provence, Verbier Festival, Edinburgh Festival and the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofia, Valencia.

In summer 2013 she appeared as Freia and Gutrune in Barenboim’s Ring at the BBC Proms in London.
