After studies at the La Maîtrise of the Opéra National de Lyon, the Royal College of Music in London, the Centre national d’insertion professionnelle des artistes lyriques (CNIPAL) in Marseille and L’Atelier lyrique of the Opéra national de Paris, Olivia Doray was named a 2008 Révélation Lyrique de l’Adami Lyric artist.

Her first performances included Musetta in La Bohème with the British Youth Opera, Viardot’s Cendrillon at the Amphitheatre at the Opéra National de Lyon, Anna in Die lustigen Weiber von Windsor, and Karolka in Jenůfa. She then appeared in Orphée et Eurydice in Bordeaux, La Cenerentola in Massy, Fidelio, Le nozze di Figaro, La finta giardiniera and La Bohème in Rouen, Manon in Luxembourg, Fidelio in Rennes, Cléopâtre in Mulhouse and at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Catalani’s La Wally in Monte Carlo, Mozart’s Mass in C minor and La Vie parisienne in Saint Étienne and Die Zauberflöte and Gluck’s Armide at the Philharmonie de Paris.

She has recently performed the role of Eurydice in Orphée et Eurydice, Frasquita in Carmen at the Teatro Real, Madrid, a concert of Viennese music in Saint Étienne, J.S. Bach’s Mass in B minor in Avignon, and Fidelio with the Angers Nantes Opéra. She has sung the roles of Hélène in Une Éducation manqué and Zénobie in Ciboulette at the Opéra Comique.
