The Chicago Symphony Orchestra is a musical force in Chicago and around the world. It is widely recognised as one of the world’s greatest orchestras with a fascinating history. Currently, it gives more than 150 performances and events a year, comprises 107 talented musicians and works with two internationally renowned conductors and two award-winning composers-in- residence.
The central mission of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Association is to present classical music through the Chicago Symphony Orchestra to Chicago, national and international audiences.
