Heike Kohler began her vocal training with Maria de Francesca-Cavazza at the Munich Hochschule für Theater und Musik, completing her studies with Arno Leicht at the Nuremberg-Augsburg Musikhochschule. Her operatic début was as Countess Eberbach in Lortzing’s Der Wildschütz. Her rôles have included Ariadne, Santuzza, Eboli, Kundry, Sieglinde, and Fricka.
