As always, there were a few freaks around who refused to latch onto the latest trends that passed them by. Bluegrass Skyline is about some of those New Yorkers and others who got together down at the lower end of Manhattan at the South Street Seaport - long before it was gentrified and commercialized. These musicians and their friends gathered at the Seaport in the summer of 1975 for a Bluegrass and Old Time Country Music Festival.
